  • Kindly note that this will be an adults-only celebration.

  • The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 p.m.

    We kindly ask guests to arrive 15–30 minutes early to allow time for parking and seating. Complimentary shuttles will leave the Hilton hotel at 3:15pm.

    Ample parking is available onsite for those arriving by car.

    • To the Ceremony: Shuttles will depart from the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Phoenix at 3:15PM to ensure everyone arrives before the 4:00 PM ceremony.

    • Return Trip: Shuttles will run on a continuous loop from Stonebridge Manor back to the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Phoenix starting at 9:30 PM, with the final shuttle departing at 12:00 AM.

  • There are numerous hotels available in the area for your accommodation. Please note that the Hilton in Mesa is the sole hotel providing transportation to and from the wedding ceremony.

  • This ceremony and reception will be outdoors. The reception will take place under a tent with heaters.

  • We can absolutely accommodate. Please reach out to one of us directly or let us know on your RSVP so we can plan your meal.

  • Our wedding is Black Tie Preferred. Tuxes and gowns are preferred, but not required. Click the button below for outfit inspiration if you’re stuck on what to wear!
