Kindly note that this will be an adults-only celebration.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 p.m.

We kindly ask guests to arrive 15–30 minutes early to allow time for parking and seating. Complimentary shuttles will leave the Hilton hotel at 3:15pm.

Ample parking is available onsite for those arriving by car.

To the Ceremony: Shuttles will depart from the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Phoenix at 3:15PM to ensure everyone arrives before the 4:00 PM ceremony.
Return Trip: Shuttles will run on a continuous loop from Stonebridge Manor back to the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Phoenix starting at 9:30 PM, with the final shuttle departing at 12:00 AM.

There are numerous hotels available in the area for your accommodation. Please note that the Hilton in Mesa is the sole hotel providing transportation to and from the wedding ceremony.

This ceremony and reception will be outdoors. The reception will take place under a tent with heaters.
